How does Vitamin A fit into my existing JB routine?

It is best to slowly introduce vitamin A to your routine, starting with exfoliation, then Vitamin A 0.5% twice a week, then every second night and eventually every night. Day:

  1. Gently cleanse using one of our Essential or Enhanced Cleansers. We have Normal or Sensitive, Anti-Ageing Daily Skin Cleanser or our Refreshing Gel Cleanser.
  2. Essential Skin Tonic Lotion (Normal or Sensitive) or Anti-Ageing Daily Skin Tonic Lotion
  3. Vitamin C (Serum CEF, C20 or C10) – an absolute must
  4. Eye Care Cream, Eye Contour Gel or Anti-Ageing Firming Eye Cream
  5. Essential Care Day Cream (Normal, Sensitive or Dry) or Anti-Ageing Day Cream SPF15
  6. BB Cream Broad Spectrum SPF30

Night:

  1. Begin with Eye & Lip Cleanser. Double cleanse using one of our Essential or Enhanced Cleansers.
  2. Essential Skin Tonic Lotion (Normal or Sensitive) or Anti-Ageing Daily Skin Tonic Lotion
  3. Eye Care Cream, Eye Contour Gel or Anti-Ageing Firming Eye Cream
  4. Vitamin A 0.5% or 1%
  5. Vitamin E 15%
  6. Essential Care Night Cream (Normal, Sensitive or Dry) or Rejuvenating Cream

Weekly Treats:

  • Gentle Face & Body Exfoliant 2 x weekly
  • Vitamin Cream Mask, Collagen Elastin Mask or Linden Refining Mask
