Night Time Skin Care Routine

Night Time Skin Care Routine

As you dream, your skin goes through a regeneration process, which is why it’s so important to ensure your night time skin care routine is done correctly. We’ve put together a handy guide to help you get the most out of your JB goodies.

Step 1: Double Cleanse

Its crazy the amount of dirt, pollution and makeup that can build up on your face during the day. Use a cleanser to remove the day, and then cleanse once again to leave your skin fresh and prepared for the next step.

Step 2: Exfoliate (weekly)

Only to be done once a week at most, an exfoliant removes excess dead skin cells, and helps with congested areas. Remember, be gentle!

Step 3: Tone

A great way to bring balance to your skin, and ensure all traces of cleanser have gone, use a damp cotton pad and a dash of JB Tonic Lotion, and gently rub over your skin.

Step 4: Mask (weekly)

An enriching and intensive way to bring moisture, firmness and brightness to your skin, and the ultimate special treat at the end of the week (or before an event).

Step 5: Target

A targeted serum is a great way to allow for a more direct and intensive approach. Depending on your needs and concerns, apply a couple of drops to your palm, and gently press onto your skin, or problem areas.

Step 6: Boost

A fantastic way to bring a boost of nutrients and antioxidants to your skin. Apply a couple of drops to your palm, and gently press onto your skin.

Step 7: Heal

A skin healer is important, especially at night. A soothing serum is the best way to go, and will also act to seal in your previous product.

Step 8: Eyes

An eye cream is a vital part of your night routine, and a great way to nourish and firm this delicate part of your complexion. Dab cream gently onto your eye contour.

Step 9: Moisturise

A night cream locks in your serums, and works to hydrate and protect. Massage cream over your face and décolletage.

Step 10: Lips & hands

Don’t forget about these hard-working areas. Scrub with a lip polish, apply a dab of lip balm, and massage in a hand cream.

As always, we recommend that you visit a JB Expert to take a closer look at your skin. If you have any questions on your JB products, email us at, and our team will help where we can. Sweet dreams x
